20 Minute Chicken Caprese Foil Packs
Pack your favorite Caprese flavors into these easy Caprese Chicken Foil Packs and enjoy a delicious meal for any day of the week. I used Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil to wrap these so the food won’t stick to the foil, all the flavors are locked in, and cleanup is effortless. I use Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil to line pans, my grill, and to cover and wrap dishes. I am excited to partner with Reynolds Wrap® for this post.
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
vine ripe tomato, sliced
fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350°. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear chicken breast on both sides. This step is optional.
Lay out 6 pieces of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil approximately 16”, one piece for each chicken breast. Place one chicken breast in the center on each piece of foil. Then top with one slice of cheese and a tomato slice. Now wrap each in the foil, like a present. Fold at the top leaving space for the heat to circulate. You will tightly seal the ends by double folding. Repeat until all of the Chicken Caprese are wrapped.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven or until done. Careful open and top with basil. Lastly, drizzle with glaze. Serve and ENJOY!
