Breakfast Bars
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup peanut butter (softened)
1/3 cup cinnamon honey, can use 1/2 tsp cinnamon with 1/3 cup honey instead
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (plus more for the top)
2 cups oats
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash your bananas. Add to it the peanut butter, eggs, cinnamon honey, baking soda and salt. Combine and then add chocolate chips.
Place in prepared pan and top with more chips. Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool and ENJOY! I stored these in the freezer and eat with egg whites for breakfast or a quick snack anytime?. (They only take a few minutes to thaw.)

One more thing please–what size pan? Is it 9X9 or 8X8?
