Ingredients

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups of your favorite BBQ Sauce

1/2 medium onion chopped

2 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

 

Directions

Stir together all sauce ingredients in a 5-7 qt slow cooker.  Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours. Chicken is done when cooked through and easy to shred. Carefully shred each breast using two forks not to scratch the bottom of the pot. Place shredded chicken back in the Crockpot and stir to coat with the yummy sauce.
