Lemon Scallops

So super easy and delicious.

Melt one stick of butter in skillet. Add 3/4 cloves of garlic. Cook until slightly browned. Add 1.5 pound scallops one at a time. Cook for 5/6 one one side then turn over. Cooking until firm and done.

Combine 1/2 a lemon juice with 3/4 tsp salt, and a dash of pepper. Pour over scallops. Allow to heat a minute. Remove serve with rice. ❤️
