1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
Topping suggestions: fruit, nut butter, granola, coconut, spices, etcAdd the milk, oats, protein powder & chia seeds to a jar or container. Stir them very well. Refrigerate overnight. Top with your favs and enjoy!
