14 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced
3 corn on the cob, cut into 4 pieces each
1 cup mushrooms
1 sweet pepper, any color (I used 1/2 an orange and 1/2 a red)
3 small zucchini
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper as desired
6 16” sheets Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Aluminum Foil
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Tear off six sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil each 16” long.
Chop veggies and sausage into bite size pieces, and the corn into quarters. Place foil on a baking sheet.
Divide the sausage and veggies evenly between the six sheets of foil. Place food on the dull side to prevent sticking. Center the food on each foil sheet.
Bring up the long sides of the foil, so the ends meet over the food. Double fold the ends, leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
Double fold the two short ends to seal the packet. Season each foil packet evenly. Fold the foil around the ingredients like a present.
Bake 20-25 mins. Gingerly open one of the packets and test for doneness.
Note: You may grill these as well. Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil is a great tool for grilling! After preheating your grill at medium, place your foil packets directly on the grill—the dull side should always be facing the food to benefit from the non-stick properties. Place on the grill for 10-12 minutes.
